We love celebrating local heroes – and this week, one of them just happened to bring home a gold medal too!
Chris, a British Red Cross worker based in Norwich, recently won gold at the World Bench Press Championships, showcasing not only incredible strength but also a huge heart.
While training and competing on the world stage, Chris also raised over ÂŁ800 in sponsorship for Norwich Foodbank, helping provide vital food and support to local people in crisis.
